Ingredient :

  • 1 grote banaan
  • 2 eetlepels
  • 1 eetlepel honing
  • 1 eetlepel gemalen amandelen
  • rozijnen ,amandel schijfjes ,sesamzaad ,walnoten
  • Pindakaas
Snijd de banaan in de lengte. Meng pindakaas met de gemalen amandelen  (smeer de banaan ) honing (zie foto's) Verspreid over : Rozijnen ,amandel schijfjes ,sesamzaad en walnoten.
 
Even genieten.... 
 
Tip : super lekker voor ontbijt , middag snack of nagerecht (met chocolade ijs bv. )
